Welcome | May 5, 2026

Hi. My name is George Poulos, and this is my first blog post on my WordPress site.

I share my creativity into the world in many ways, and I thought it would be cool to start sharing it in the form of writing a simple blog too.

As I grow—and mind you, I’m just 29 at the time of writing this—I’m becoming attracted to the idea of leaving something behind. And I think writing would be a great way to do that.

I already have a Substack, but that currently feels more like a way to send a letter to my community. My vision for this WordPress blog is more like, massive archive of my learnings and experiences.

Of course, I’d love to leave behind a book some day.

But in the meantime, I don’t see why not start to leave behind my life in the form of writing on the Internet.

I’ve already learned and experienced a lot in my time here on Earth; I have a lot to share. And I’m sure that will continue to learn and grow and have more to share.

I’m really attracted to the idea of learn something, turn around, share it with the world. And that’s largely what I’m going to be doing here.

When I learn something, or have an experience, that I think could be of value to others, I’ll share it here. I’ll use this platform really intuitively, sharing if and when and as often as I want to, on whatever topics.

My main pursuit in life seems to be the path of meditation. At the time of writing this, I have been meditating for six years, on a pretty fiery and passionate spiritual journey. At the time of writing this, I am also deepening into my studies and commitment to a particular lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. I’m sure I’ll write more about that in the future.

But I’ll also write about other things too. I’ll write about life experiences, books, products, travel, and so much more. This will be a place for me to be creatively free, have fun, and leave learnings and experiences behind.

I hope you will find something here that is useful or inspiring to you.
See you soon.

Love,
George Poulos
